At Lovelace Cut, your satisfaction matters. If you purchased with Klarna, we accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
